Terms of Service

Effective September 19, 2026

Prep helps you plan meals, organize groceries, and cook. These terms explain your responsibilities and the conditions for using the service.

1. Who operates Prep

Prep is operated by Tova Dating Inc., doing business as Tova Platforms, a company registered in Delaware, United States ("we", "us", or "our"). Contact support@tovaplatforms.com for service or legal questions. These terms apply to our website at app.tryprep.ai and our Prep applications.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account or purchase a subscription. By creating an account or using Prep, you agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

3. Meal planning and AI limitations

Prep provides recipes, meal plans, estimated nutrition, grocery lists, pantry tools, and AI assistance. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for you. Generated images illustrate a dish and do not show an actual prepared meal. Nutrition, portions, costs, and cooking times are estimates; we do not guarantee nutrition targets, grocery prices, store availability, or results.

Prep does not provide medical or professional dietary advice. Check ingredients, food labels, allergens, cross-contact risks, storage conditions, and safe cooking temperatures yourself. Do not rely on Prep as your sole safeguard for a food allergy or medical condition. Consult an appropriately qualified professional about individual dietary needs.

4. Acceptable use and content

Use Prep lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, evade access or usage limits, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that infringes another person's rights. You retain rights you hold in content you submit and permit us and our service providers to process it as necessary to provide and secure Prep. Do not submit information you are not entitled to share.

We and our licensors retain rights in Prep's software, branding, and original service content. You may use recipes and plans for your personal meal planning and cooking. AI output may resemble output supplied to others; we do not promise exclusivity or ownership of third-party material.

5. Plans, billing, and renewals

Available prices, billing intervals, features, and allowances are shown on our pricing page and, when purchasing is enabled, confirmed at checkout. Currently paid checkout is not enabled; viewing a plan does not create a paid subscription. The first-free-plan introduction is not a recurring free subscription.

When available, monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually until canceled. Annual charges are paid upfront; an equivalent monthly figure is for comparison only. Recipe and assistant allowances reset each subscription month, including on annual plans, and unused allowances do not roll over. Reusing saved recipes does not consume new-recipe allowances. Applicable taxes and the final amount are disclosed before purchase.

For web purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record and its buyer terms also apply. Purchases through Apple or Google are subject to the relevant store's terms. We will identify the seller and payment provider at checkout. Material pricing or subscription changes will be communicated before they apply, as required by law.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through the payment provider's subscription-management link or the store where you subscribed before your next renewal. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and preserves access until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your Prep account does not itself cancel a provider-managed subscription. Our Refund Policy explains our no-voluntary-refund policy and the legal and provider exceptions.

7. Availability, suspension, and termination

We may update features, perform maintenance, and suspend access for security risks, fraud, or material violations of these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. You may stop using Prep and request account deletion through Profile or by contacting us. If we discontinue a paid service or terminate access, applicable consumer rights and payment-provider remedies still apply.

8. Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, Prep is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid for Prep during the preceding 12 months.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy you have under applicable law.

9. Governing law and changes

Delaware law governs these terms to the extent it does not override mandatory protections in your place of residence. This does not deprive consumers of rights to use courts or remedies available under applicable law. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes where required. The effective date identifies the current version.
